eCommerce Orders Specialist
The eCommerce Orders Specialist will be primarily responsible for fulfilment, customer communication, and order processing to support our eCommerce department. This is an position with a great opportunity for growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Processing orders daily against established customer requirements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Accurate and detailed data entry into company POS system while ensuring orders are processed within the required lead time.
Coordinate daily operations of our Ecommerce shipments with the shipping department.
Use of POS, shipping software and customer portals to track order details.
Printing order acknowledgements, customer packing slips for product shipment.
Communicate daily with shipping department on carriers, pick-ups, and exception status.
Monitoring of orders for back-order fulfillment and inventory availability.
Experience:
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
